Get Moving
It's that simple. The body is designed to move. However, our modern existence tends to limit us. Long hours spent sitting and busy lives lacking physical activity can contribute to a laundry list of health issues. Regular exercise is one of the single-most important things you can do for your well being. With its integrative, functional approach, Pilates is one of the best fitness systems out there to keep you conditioned for whatever life activities you love.

Uniquely You
Each person is different and each body is organized in its own unique way. Posture, injuries and degenerative changes leave their mark -- like little fingerprints -- in your movements. We work together to design a program that will address these individual patterns, but we keep the focus on your body's potential. The Pilates exercises can be modified to accommodate most limitations, while still providing a vigorous physical challenge.

Classical Foundations, Progressive Approach
My training and my personal practice are deeply rooted in the full, classical repertoire. My teaching is also informed by current, peer-reviewed research in physiotherapy, exercise science and other movement and bodywork techniques. I am particularly interested in the science of the mind-body connection as well as with the relationship between physical activity and healthy, happy aging.
